There have lots of free wordpress plugins that can offer to create sitemap and install. I will personally recommend use Yoast SEO plugin, because it's free and easy to use popular wordpress plugin.

If your website is on Blogger means Blogspot.com, then you have to create a sitemap and needed to install it by your self. 

How to create and install sitemap on blogger:

To create and install sitemap on blogger just follow the steps below:

1) At first go to your Blogger dashboard and than click on setting.

2) Now click search preference. Than find and click custom robot.txt, now you see a box.

3) Copy the code below

User-agent: *Disallow: /searchAllow: /Sitemap: https://prozuktigyan.blogspot.com/atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500

4) Past it on custom robot.txt box

Note: you have to change rad mark URL

Now click to save.

5) Now go to your search console click sitemap and just write sitemap.xml and click to save. That's all you just install sitemap on your Blogger site.
